COVID-19 Numbers for The Region 04/01/2022

1,689 cases of COVID-19 were recorded by Hunter New England Health in the 24 hours to 8pm last night. Breakdown for the region is as follows:

· Tamworth records 137

· Armidale records 27

· Gunnedah records 10

· Liverpool Plains records 7

· Uralla records 1

70 new hospitalizations were recorded in the district as well as 6 in ICU.

Hunter New England and NSW Health advise those who are experiencing symptoms to seek testing.
